A frost flower fairy who is unable to feel emotion is caught up in a love triangle with two warring deities. Jin Mi (Yang Zi) is the daughter of the Flower Deity and Water Immortal. The deity learns that her daughter will suffer a great love trial, so she gives the baby girl a magical pill that prevents her from feeling any emotion or falling in love.
When Jin Mi mistakenly believes that her father died at the hands of the Fire Immortal, Xu Feng (Deng Lun), she kills him and ends up coughing up the magic pill in the process. Xu Feng comes back to life as the Demon Lord and challenges the Night Immortal, Run Yu (Luo Yun Xi), who took over the throne as the Heavenly Emperor.
When Jin Mi becomes caught between the two warring lords, what will be her destiny?

Feelings: First Episode
The set was the first thing that caught my eye. Very extravagant and bright but I expect nothing less from Heaven. I loved it, I thought it was awesome. The costumes were great too. I think that is what kept me focused while watching the first episode besides the great line up of actors.
At first sight my heart did not quiver but the way he speaks and carries himself, I realized how incredibly handsome he is. I personally think he is a fabulous actor so I fell in love very quickly. Ugh when you see his facial hair shadow in some scenes!! Wowowoow I was flustered. All in all I thought he was honest about his feelings to Jin Mi and stayed true to his character till the very end. And he is a great crier, it's so sad. Him mourning Jin Mi was heartbreaking - I'm still shook from it. You can put me in your sleeve any day Phoneix. <3
Her character was an odd one for sure but pure. It dawned on me that of course she would be odd - she doesn't feel emotions! So everything she does is very superficial in the beginning yet you can see that she feels a unique way for Xu Feng. He gave her a taste of the outside world and she was hooked. I think this character had the toughest part to play in the story but it was executed perfectly by Yang Zi. After homegirl did her love dirty and coughed up that dang pill, she really goes through the motions. I was a puddle of tears after then on.
I thought he was a sweet baby angel who was just misunderstood and cast away but he was calculating and manipulative from the beginning. I mistook it for knowledge is power and wanting to belong to the FAM but I started to smell what he was cooking when he blatantly disregarded Xu Feng's multiple proclamations of love for Jin Mi and took advantage of Jin Mi's cluelessness and friendship to rise the ranks. But I was really shocked at his malicious attack on Jin Mi when we all thought he was going to rape her for a sec (as his father did to Jin Mi's mother). When he didn't even shed a tear when Xu Feng was killed right in front of him - that cold blooded fool. I stay mad because I was really rooting for him. Jin Mi also didn't forget his ugliness like when she lowkey was like stay away from my kid you lying ass dragon.
Kathy Chow as Tuyao Heavenly Empress
Perfect villain. Hate her top lip when she talks (love her though, I think she's very beautiful). How does she not get red lipstick on her teeth though like damn!
Zhonghua He as Taiwei Heavenly Emperor
This guy was la-tee-da the entire time...sweet talking fairies for hundreds of years..like ew. Stop being a jerk - control your hoes - stop trying to be the ultimate immortal. Heckin chill son!
Wang Yifei as Sui He
I wanted this chick to stand the f*** down so bad because I didn't want her to become a villain. I thought she was just a little bird with a childlike crush but she dove head first into the dark side. No regerts I guess. She got what she deserved in the end.
Liao Jingfeng as Yanyou
Big fan of this guy. He was a real friend to Jin Mi and I appreciated that.
Renjun Wang as Luo Lin
Great character. His marital relationship was a breath of fresh air - just two old friends who have a mutual understanding and respect for one another married under unfortunate circumstances. His fatherly actions towards Jin Mi were so genuine and unfettered by past grudges and politics. He just wanted her to be safe and happy. Very sweet <3
Chen Yuqi as Liu Ying
She was spicy! Strong, small, and ready to brawl! Her and Muci was thee most sweetest and tragic love. Even compared to Jin Mi and Xu Feng, it was so tender (I'm tearing up thinking about it).
Tingwei Zou as Mu Ci
He is foiiinnnnee! He needed some chapstick at times but hey he was literally dying so he get's a pass. Him and Liu Ying's love was truly the unspoken sweetest romance of the show.
Xia Zhi Yuan as Dan Zhu
He was good comedic relief. Great choice to make him look so young but be so old. Sa Dingding
Sa Dingding as Immortal Yuanji
Ummm okay cameo! Sa Dingding is so beautiful what the actual heck. Her and Dan Zho were cute hehe.
Post Feelings: Finishing the Series
OMG loved it!!! I loved it way more than I thought I would. The set was a real sight, the costumes were great, the acting was excellent, and the overall story was good stuff (though it was a really wild ride). I legit thought it was getting ready to wrap up and then there were 20 more episodes so that threw me but I think the story needed those extra episodes. It turned a story into an epic.
